About Me

After teaching and then taking a break to be with my boys, I completed a Master's in Education at UNF and returned to education as a school counselor.  After several amazing years as a school counselor at J. Allen Axson Montessori School, I had the opportunity to serve all of the counselors and students at the elementary level as a specialist in school counseling with Duval County Public Schools. 

Next, I served as the Governing Board Chair of the Florida School Counselor Association and a part-time school counselor. I then had a great experience counseling full time then part time at San Pablo Elementary.

My husband and I relocated to the Naples area to be closer to our granddaughter, and I found a school counselor position at Corkscrew Elementary. I look forward to growing everyday with my school family and the school counseling community.
